Honeywell SSCDRR Pressure sensor I2C Help

Hi all,
I am designing a pressure sensor network and I am needed to figure out how to retrieve the data from the sensor. The data is in two separate bytes with the first two bits being status bits. Do you know how i can save just the information in the particular bits? I will attach the application manual that Honeywell has provided.
