HI, All,

Anyone have information about the designing high current
driver for motor applications (CMOS design or BiCMOS design)
What should be considered for those circuit design ?

Thanks in advance,
Vita

what is the consideration when doing layout for
high current driver ?

For motor drive, you will certainly need vertical power transistors like HexFET or VDMOS. This would require normal CMOS circuits driving high voltage CMOS drivers to then drive the high voltage/current HexFet or what ever. Can you be more specific (voltage and current requirements)

Thank you.
The requirement will be
Voltage=60V
Current Iout = 2.5A approx.
Do you have any literature ?

thx
