Can someone tell me about double sided teflon boards or give me some data sheet about its? if anyone knows some Manufacturers, please tell me too. Thank you a lot!!

Teflon is a registered trademark of Dupont corporation. Most board laminates are refered to by the generic chemical name PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) rather than the trademarked name.

There are several manufacturers of PTFE high frequency board substrate materials - Rogers, Taconic, Arlon, Precision Laminates, etc.

Rogers Duroid brand is probably among the most popular. It comes in serveral different compositions acording to what rigidity, temperature, and frequency you may need.

I found Taconic materials to be harder to work with, but they do work well. They require some special surface etching if soldermask is required, and they tend to be mechanically soft.

Arlon is sometimes difficult to get, but it has excellent microwave properties.
