I want to develop web based application integrating google map api. Since I'm new to .Net programming I don't know how to start the process. If anyone can guide this new bie I would appreciate.

Look at GMAP.net to use google map in the .net environment. Here is a demo which I created a while back using gmap.net test2.avi - YouTube.
