Hello, maybe wrong thread, but I dont know elsewhere.

I have 3 lasers with serial output, and wonder if there is any freeware available to input such data, to create a 3d image out of these XYZ data, or XY and angle data ?
And maybe some goood suggestions about how to do this without to much trouble.

Just ordered a serial 2 usb adapter, to have the data transfered into the computer.
But I guess there is a million ways to read this info, and output them as a "viewable" picture. Preferably from different views and angles.
And with distance metering integrated.

There isnt to much data to be handled, but I do have a FPGA training board, which I may use to read data, and output to the computer via USB or something.( or straight to a VGA monitor)

Anyone with good ideas ?
