Hi
I am running monte carlo Analysis, i need to find the frequency variation for process and mismatch, for that i need to write equation. Can anyone explain, how to write an equation for it.

Thanks in advance

Re: Monte-carlo Analysis

your question is not clear.

frequency variation of what ? and what equation do you need to write.
if it is an oscillator then you can measure frequency (there is calculator expression for it in spectre) and run monte carlo analysis and see how this changes over process and mismatch

Re: Monte-carlo Analysis

I figured it out, i got what i wanted.

Thanks alot for your reply
