Hello,
I need to know if there is miniature relays for Automobile Starter Motors.
Kindly Provide electrical tech specs of starter motors in vehicles....

1.

Do you mean what's usually called the solenoid? There is a relay-like action inside it.

The solenoid is inside or attached to the starter (starter motor). It must carry a few hundred amps of current. Not exactly a candidate for miniaturization.

2.

Or do you mean the starter relay? It provides current to the solenoid once it has detected that conditions are okay to start the car. It's not as massive as the solenoid.

The electrical specs may not change a lot. However shapes and mounting methods and electrical connectors are different in different vehicles.
