it's true voltage regulator LM7805 will drop voltage if it connect to PIC,sound circuit,LCD?

LM7805 has a 2V drop between input and output. So you need a power supply of minimum 7V to have 5V regulated on output, and only worry about cooling (if needed) of the regulator.
Of course, as long as the power supply can satisfy the current requirement and stay above 7V.
