file sharing between two laptops with two different SSIDs

Greetings

I have the following scenario:

Laptop [A] connected to Access Point [A] with SSID [A].
Laptop connected to Access Point with SSID .

Access Point [A] and Access Point are connected by a normal Ethernet switch.

now is it possible for the two laptops to share files???
