Need help for IAR Embedded Work Beach

Hi
I am new to IAR Embedded Work Beach.
I have a project for white line follower for the same in ATmega 2560.
But i don't know how to create new project/workbench in same and how/which file have to include in workbench.
I am using atmega 16/32 and 128x64 graphics LCD.

Can any body help me for the same.
