what are achievements and Awards at Edaboard?

Can i ask how to get achievements and awards at edaboard.com .... because i noticed that many members have achievements and awards.

what are their purpose and why are the given to members.

can i delete the Reply of any one in my started thread? because sometimes multiple replies of the same kind from one member fill the whole thread with replies. please see the following thread:



secondly if i can't get satisfactory replies/knowledge from my thread so can i post the same thread again in the same forum. and remove the previous one.
 

You are not able to remove thread with replies, you can ask any moderator to do that.
