Required the wattages & amperages of power diodes to build a 125 A rectifier circuit

Required the wattages & amperages of power diodes & other needed components to build a 125 A rectifier circuit ?

thanks

Please check if this diode serves your purpose !!!

Your question is very imprecise.

Draw a simple picture of principle about your plan , so that we can understand your needs,
tell what is the use of the device

Do the design need a transformer???, bridge rectifier???, what kind of filtering???,
input voltage ???, output voltage???, output stabilization???, the input and output protection??? etc.........

To put kak111's questions a different way:

What do you need the rectifier for? What is its load? For what purpose is it to be used?

Re: Required the wattages & amperages of power diodes to build a 125 A rectifier cir

Kindly post the details like 1. 2. ... as to what all is intended.
Full wave or half wave design.
load considerations.
Any strict ripple conditions ( I dont expect in this high current application).
Input AC / transformer dictated info if any.

The availability of this information will make the whole process short and instead of repeated question and answer sessions the solution will be arrived faster.

first the regulator of 0 to 220 V ..... then a transformer of output 16 V and then bridge rectifier without filtering whose output is about 16 to 18 V DC and about 150 Amps ....... the application is Electroplating ......

regulator is an AC voltage regulator to increase & decrease the supply voltage as per the requirements ...........

thanks

150 A at about 20 V implies a VA of about 3KVA, so you need a dimmer or autotransformer at the input AC of this rating at least.
The transformer you need is one with input AC requirement you select, may be 200V AC and output of about 15 to 20 V RMS having a current sourcing capacity of your interest (150A). As you are using high currents, the rectifiers may also work out expensive, decide you plan to use half wave, full wave centre tap or bridge configuration.
The rectifier in the PDF data sheet from above post will server your purpose.
I think with this info you can plan the unit.

would the amperage of the Voltage Regulator & the amperage of transformer is an important thing to consider in this design ?

thanks

Re: Required the wattages & amperages of power diodes to build a 125 A rectifier cir

Yes amperage of the transformer has to be about 150 A at the secondary output.
The amperage of the autotransformer (Regulator) has to be about 3000/220 = 13.6 nearly 15 A.
