Any good naming conventions out there?

Anyone has a good naming convention for signals and submodules of a larger circuit design?

Meaning... for Nets and Pins ? There are many followed practices.. While I follow the following rules in my designs:

1. All Power nets will be named against their Voltage - 3V3, 5V0, 0V75 etc
2. All clocks will tell the frequency - CLK125M, XTAL25M, etc
3. All active low signals will have an "n" preceding the signal name- nINT, nRST etc.,

Many more can be added to the above list...
