How to add voltage source for a transistor in LAYOUT in ADS???

Greetings sir.
I have included the layout of my transistor in ADS2009
To make the transistor function i need to give the voltage source...
but i don't know how to include the voltage source in LAYOUT....
please help me...
 

You can not have a voltage source in the layout; create a layout component from your layout and use it in the schematic.
