As i said those are huge places to shop in and no particular places for LED's...The whole Ritchie street is full of shops and u get the same materials with little bit of variations in the cost..If its SP road (B'lore) you can get those LED's anywhere... you can try for "OM ELECTRONICS" bit well known...else any other shops will do..
