Do most RJ45 connectors contain integrated magnetics?

Is it ok if Ethernet goes through 2 sets of RJ45 connectors with magnetics before it leaves a system?

For example, the ethernet starts on a CPU board then travels to a connector board via CAT5. Then goes off this 2nd board via another RJ45 with magnetics.

Any problem doing this?

Today most have magnetics, but there is also RJ45 without this.
