Closed loop bode plot of smps...showing phase dip.

If the phase of an smps dips down to just 15 degrees at a point well below the smps's crossover frequency, then does this matter.?

...i am talking about the closed loop bode plot of the smps.

Please consider that the smps has satifactory gain and phase margin.
