speed control of single phase induction motor with TRIAC

i want to use a 1µF capacitor to start the motor with a TRIAC to control the speed. Does anyone have the TRIAC circuit :?:

Do you want two separate circuits for starting and speed controlling?

ya... two separating circuit. is it possible ?
 

Look starting of motor has nothing to do with Speed control, as first motor has to start and go running then it will be possible to control speed. Here is a circuit to give you bit clarification of this:
