arduino (dfrduino nano) + simcom300s

Hello everyone,
I'm new on this forum but I'm a follower.
I have Arduino colne DFRDUINO NANO (**broken link removed**) and I with that it will comunicate with SIMCOM300s shield (**broken link removed**) schematic (https://www.yourportablelab.com/downloads/schematics/SIM300_SCH.pdf)

I wired the pin2 and pin3 of dfduino with the Tx Rx of rs232 of simcom 300s.
I followed the tutorial **broken link removed** bur I cannot read form the modem.
Maybe they are not comunicating.
Please can someone help me?
