Works well if stable components installed.
Exact adjustment may be done by the way of reprogramming several bytes in eeprom. Or by the means of selecting the value of details if accidentally turn on "RSTDISBL" fusebit, as i sometimes has done this ).
For feeding this device i use mildly remaded charger from cellphone.
For programming the controller i use the most simplest scheme consisting of five wires and four resistors, connected to LPT. Software for writing in ATtiny2313 - "UniProf" AVR programmer (https://avr.nikolaew.org/download ) or any other.
On cause of my PCB - foil from below serves as general ground wire.
I liked this meter so that i made two unit.
It is better to add 22pF capacitors to quartz resonator and possible to use 1117 chip for stabilization of supplying voltage.
