Which CAD system is best?

eagle pcb alternatief

orcad pspice for simulation and eagle for pcb designs because it is very simple

the best cad system for architects

i think u should try Cadence..

caspoc vs. protel or proteus

For Student Level in Electric Circuit simulation I would suggest PSpice (any version 8.0, 9.0, etc). There is very good manual available by Franco, who also has Electric Circuits textbook.

For more advanced work, I mean circuits having many parts I would recomment Orcad 9.2.

cad systems best processor

Free downloads of SwCAD111 + BodeCAD,you get a lot for free. Also look at Express SCH.

proteus versus orcad

For Analog and RF ... I use cadence spectre/SpectreRF

For digital design either spectre of microsim

use simpel circuits etc you may want to use free student version of Pspice.

alternative eagle cad

There is no such the best CAD systems. You should ask which CAD systems is the best for your project with your budget and your experience

best cad system for large assemblies

i think proteus is best in simulate microcontroller circuit

<flame> OrCAD </flame>
I think, that the question is wrong. If you want the best
go to Ca*ence or its competitors and pick the most
expensive product. Then you will get "the best".
But if you are money constrained (and who isn't)
then pick Eagle. $1200 for a complete suite is a bargain
comparing to others. And there is a huge community
which uses the Eagle so it is easy to get advisory/library parts/etc.
---
Personally I have bought OrCAD because I somehow
like it. Some people say that it is the most difficult (in terms of
control) CAD for PCB. I don't know. I like it.
And don't forget that there is another issue: once you start designing, drawing libraries, etc then after some time of doing that is
hard to switch to another product, especially when you can't
import your work into it.
This was the main reason why I picked what I picked.

Just my two cents...

eagle cad layout

i thank the protel 2004 is the best

best cad program for pcb

best simulator on the PC is the modelsim
on unix is the NC_verilog
best synthesis is the Physicscompile
best layout tool is ApolloII

alternative for eagle cad

I think that Eagle is very good, becouse off easy off using..
Some sad, that Protel is bether bat is nedeed to mach time to learn it. It is my opinion that if is for profesional use - Protel, otherwise Eagle

lochmaster cheapest

There are many types on the CAD, such as the electronic CAD, plot CAD, architecture CAD, PhotoCAD, machine CAD,
BUT Which do you mean?

trak maker 2000 pcb

hi

i see that rauol is right when you can finish the job with a needle don't put a sword there .

using orcad for the complex huge projects

using proteus for micros

using electronic workbench for simple fast circuit simulation

remember :

using orcad is similar to driving a space shuttle with huge number of controls and panels it should be built complicated for the task it was built for and though it needs a lot of training reading practice and experience to master.

using electronic workbench is so simple like riding a bike you can master it in couple minutes that doesn't mean its not good at all i consider it the best as for me
i always break my designs int small chunks simulate it on electronic workbench or proteus"if it were much complicated for ewb or containing embedded code" in spite of building them in reality when i found them fit i build the hole story using orcad so if it happened to need modifications then that narrows the areas that should be revised.
best regards to you and lots of thanks to all companies that building all those useful programs

top rated cad systems

what is your prefer? cost?, performance? design flexibility?

usert

eaglecad differential pair

i am asking if there is any free CAD software as powerful as eagle
