why my cell phone gets off after sometime, though its fully charged ?

what might be the problems & how to resolve the issue ?

Battery doesn't seem to be leaky ........

Are you at the limit of your provider's cell coverage area? Causing marginal reception?

Does reception get good again when you move several feet away? If so then reflection signals may cause interference. This sometimes happens among tall buildings.

Or are you standing next to steel panels, etc.?

Does the other party say they hear you okay? Or do they say your voice is breaking up? Might provide clues to where the problem is.

none of your stated problem , it should be deal with battery or jumpers (where battery terminals connected) .......... or any IC
