when a diode is fully forward biased do the free electrons from the n-type recombine with holes in p-type ??

Hey buddy!
Hi
If diode connections being like this , you can say , diode is in forward region: its anode : positive . and its cathode : negative.
in forward biasing: diode become short circuit(approximately).
