    diode as forward bias???

when a diode is fully forward biased do the free electrons from the n-type recombine with holes in p-type ??

    Re: diode as forward bias???

    Hey buddy!
    Hi
If diode connections being like this , you can say , diode is in forward region: its anode : positive . and its cathode : negative.
in forward biasing: diode become short circuit(approximately).

No they flow in the external circuit which supplies the electrons to the P type.
