Please suggest a suitable temperature sensor that can measure upto 400 degC

Hi,

I am looking for a temperature sensor that can measure upto 400 degc (min=10 to 20 degC)

It will be ideal if the sensor can be directly connected to an ADC or a PIC. I would like to avoid amplifiers as much as possible.

please help.
