hi
why in some calculate power in hspice input frequence (p=(v^2*c*f_/2))i use it.like for nanad gate.but in nor gate and xor gate (p=(v^2*c)/2)) i dont use frequance in my calculation and result was true.am i wrong?

Please use that with the frequency.

hii diod

if u want to calculate total power of any design we can directly declare as
.power option..
it gives total power for the design..
if u want to calculate leakage power then u can calculate it using
p(instance_name)
