I drew two schematics ,
how to connect speakers and headphone plug

Use only one gnd-point for headphones,
in bridge amp. , find amplifiers real gnd point of power supply
( do not use speaker wire as gnd, it can kill your amp. stage )

Some amplifier needs 1W 100...220 ohm load resistor parallel to speaker

I answered this on your previous thread. I even gave you a nice link to the correct type of connector. What happened to that thread? Did you delete it and start over?
