I buy a SIM18 GPS module and make a PCB according to the guideline. GPS is running normally but only issue is sync. i tried active and passive antenna but still no sync. i tried 2 or 3 different PCBs and concentrate on Antenna trace but no luck. i think issue is antenna trace. my Antenna Trace: width 50mil, length 7mm, Ground separation 0.2mm.
Plz any help.....

I don't think that problem lies with antenna trace. Make sure that you are giving enough voltage to the active antenna.
Try on different module, gps module may be damaged.
