netlist of 6t sram for read butterfly curve

i have netlist of 6t sram for read opretion..but my butterfly curve is not accurate..if my netlist is not accurate then tell me..give me the link where i find netlist...

give me reply..its urgent
 

u have to write another similar netlist varying node 3. then superimpose two plots from two simulation keeping same variable at x axis(say v(3)) and y axis (say v(2)) .it may work. (in netlist node voltages should not be set initially. so delete c1 and c2)
