I have a Deckel FP-3A CNC Machine which recently developed a minor problem; all other functions are normal, but the X-axis motor keeps rotating slowly in one direction even when no instruction is given and the entire motor control unit gets tripped once I try to move along the X-axis in any direction. I have replaced all the control cards from a similar machine in working condition and found out that there is no fault in any of the cards. I need to solve the problem ASAP. Kindly give me your suggestions and ideas towards a solution.

Eagerly awaiting your positive responses,
G. Jayaprakash, Chennai
