I am using design compiler for inserting scan, i want to use some of my internal pins as scan clocks( not related to pll). Is there any way to specify these pins as scan_clocks without having corresponding external ports.
Help me please

I donot think it is straight forward. In first compile create ports then after scan insertion post process to connect to internal clocks.
