s-edit schematic to l-edit layout

i draw schematic circuit so i push export netlist and select it to save .tpr to use it in l-edit to convert it to layout so i push spr setup and choose the save file .tpr and push intialize Button but there is error message say netlist file contains no net
icant understand this message pls help me for solution , some tech file .tdb to put it in the second browse in spr setup and good pdf explan it

can any one give me .tdb & .sdb files used to generate netlist file .tpr to use it in spr ledit layout
 

Have anyone try sedit spice-in function ?

Ledit 15.0 release new feature like spice_in

maybe someday sedit can verilog-In ..
