Warning in IC5 concerning cds.lib settings

Hi, when i launch icfb, in LSW window display:

*warning* /root/circuit_design/cds.lib, 'Line3: skipping :'ln' -s /tools/cds5/share/pdk/stream
*warning* /root/circuit_design/cds.lib, 'Line3: skipping :'ln' -s /tools/cds5/share/pdk/basic

i think it is due to some wrong setting in cds.lib, my cds.lib is that

INCLUDE <another cds.lib directory>/cds.lib
ln -s /tools/cds5/share/pdk/stream
ln -s /tools/cds5/share/pdk/basic

In the waring it highlight 'ln' is it error ?

Warning in IC5

yes, 'ln' use error.
you can use 'man ln' to see how to use command 'ln'.
