Why a member's "helped" information is displayed as percentage?

Hi!

I was wondering why the "helped" information about a member is displayed for example as 67/67 and not simply as 67? Furthermore I have not ever seen someone who helped for example 120/123 times, I always see the same number (ie helped: 123/123).

it happens like that when a person who has helped has withdrawn his vote or is banned or the thread is deleted... thats what i understand.........
