output of a comparator

what will be the output of a comparator when the input is equal to the reference voltage?
 

Undefined... the output will depend on the unbalanced equivalent resistance seen at IN- and IN+. Assuming there is no negative feedback, in presence of noise, the output will change its state randomly!
