Hi! Recently I am researching the mismatch of the analog circuits.but I don't have the statistical datas for the mc simulation.Could anyone give me some help?If the TSMC 0.18 mixed signal process model is not available, could I get the statistical datas of the Avt and Au/Abeta? Thanks very much!

Hi Sunny,
mean values of these data for various processes are published and can be found e.g. here in this forum. The size of statistical deviations from those mean values, however, are company confidential.

A good approximation for process-dependent Avt values can be found here.
