Circuit output?

Can someone give me the output of this circuit using for input 100Hz digital signal?

Hi!

You will have some "complex" modulation in output. One can say "AM with parasitic FM", or "FM with parasitic AM". Anyway it will be not clean modulation.

It depends of distance and receiver on second end. You must uderstand, that frequency of this transmitter will be not stable (very unstable). So you need wideband receiver. Anyway it is wrong way. :)

Again, it is difficult to say what will be more in output FM or AM - you can say that it will have "some modulation" with AM and FM together.

it looks like fm

The circuit works by having the inverter biased in the center of its linear range. The output impeance and the shunt capacitance form a phase shift which in combination with the inversion and inherent frequency response of the NAND gate form an oscillator. The microphone shifts the operting point of the gate. I suspect that it has terrible audio distortion.

You would be better off making a transistor oscillator and modulating it.
