hey guys
i want to design a non isolating Power Supply via diodes & Capacitor . . .

Specifications:
Input: 220V AC 3-Phase

Output: 600V DC, 85A singal Phase

can some one help me ??

1 : 2.7 step-up transformer should produce ≈ 600V[rms] ..

Just be aware the VDC is 1.4142 time bigger that VAC (RMS). So to generate 600VDC you don’t need 600VAC (rms).
It is recommended to use 1:2 step-up transformer.
220*1.4142= 311V --> 311*2= 622 volt
If you are using full bridge rectifier it can be supply 600 volt under the load due to you are generating DC voltage by 3phase source.
