i have to implement resistance using switched capacitor technology and the simulation tool is pspice. can any one help me?

Does this have anything to do with charging the capacitor via a pulse from a source circuit...

and then disconnecting the capacitor to reconnect it to a different circuit? For purposes of powering it, providing a signal, etc.?

Yes, I can help you with the following suggestion: Start an internet search using the key word "SC filter" or "SC techique" or something similar. This forum is not the right place to explain the principle and constraints of switched capacitors.
