Pt100 interfacing with ADC

im just looking for sutable IC to be connected to the PT100 as an interface with the ADC
 

Hi sir,

i am using two wire RTD for measuring temperature for a dyeing machine and the max temp will be 200 C and already it was interfaced with a plc with two wire configuration. now i've to interface it with atmega128. i have checked the sensor with a constant current using lm317 with 10mA current. but it shows wrong reading. help me to interface the sensor with the controller and i know how to program with ADC but i dont know the analog part..pls help to get from this...
