UMC 0.18um Tech help needed.

I am currently working on UMC 0.18um tech and i am trying to create my first op amp. I have been referring to R.Jacob Baker book and i find a specification for long channel Mos and Short Channel Mos for general analog design. Which depicts W/L ratios for that tech of 1um. I need to know whether there are any such specifications available for UMC 0.18um technology.

you should calculate the W/L ratio using new parameters in UMC 0.18 tech file
 

Thanks llltj. But since i am newbie to this software can you give me a walk through with that. How do i find the tech file and what parameters are we considering
