gprs server setup and http request

hi all
i need to setup the gprs server on my pc so that any client pc can connet(http request) to the server for the data..
my doubt is
is this practical ??
how can my gprs server processes the http request of the client?
wat are the steps needed to setup the gprs server?
kindly help regarding this problem
