hi guys
I need to make a current limiter which limits the current at 8A.
I have found this circuit.
So can it work?

I think I could use the transistor 2N3715 and any silicon diods.
But i'm not sure:?:
Are these possible or impossible?

Did you tried looking at ressetable fuses. They might be a good option if your operating temperature range is less than 85C (I always have diffculty finding them fro more temperature range).
