how i connect sparten 3E xc3s500e board to my pc ..

my project is FPGA implementation of uart design .
i completed my synthesis using ise design suite..and generated the programming file .what should be my next step..
 

Start Impact, initialize FPGA chain and download .bit file into the FPGA.
