hello colleagues
Hi i looking for information for one surface mount diode ( with dimension 4mm. x 2mm. ) for TV Plasma P46 The diode location on x-scan pcb46 wvga v01 and many other x and y boards
with location number D122A.D121A.D122B.D121B.(all short) diode have manifacture mark V6 33
The circuit I am rebuilding appears to be a very large power supply. There
is 4 MOSFET IRFP460A is short and ic IR2113S IS short
and this 4 smd diode
I think it is a Schottky, but not sure. I want to get the correct
part because if it's not right this thing is going to let out some smoke
need info is this zener or Schottky
i search in net many people ask about it but no one can reply
