how to convert hi tech compiler based c code to ccs c compiler format
what differsnce is to be made..

Unless you know data structure used by both compilers, built in function and fairly good knowledge of C, I have my doubt you could port the code written for one compiler to another. Data structure used by CCS and Hitech C, agrees on just "char", otherwise it is different for both of them
Not to mention, the difference how configuration bits, interrupts are set in both compilers.
As for people on edaboard doing it for you, well you could request....
