The popular is Zuken Castar CR5000. The latest Ver is 6.0. It's a power full PCB design Software.

I've saw the V6.0 zuken's Cadstar..i agree with concat its powerful

I have saw Zuken Cadstar with English Interface. But in Japan, I think that there is a version with Japanese Interface.
