PROBLEM with read IDs on RFID reader

Hi

I buy an RWD-MIFARE-OEM to make an project with some tags...

but now I try get tags IDs from readers with hyperterminal and when I put my tag on reader, my reader led change color, but dont send anythink to hyperterminal.
I have same configuration 9600,8,N,1.

some one know how I can read tags IDs with this reader? I need send some comand to the reader for it give-me the ID?
