help me with the bridge rectifier

dear all:
i need to integrate a bridge rectifier within a chip,but i never did this before.i saw someone did this with the circuit be below,i want to know what is the advantage and the disadvantage with this circuit

Hi. Disadvantage is that current goes both ways. The cap will charge, and then discharge through the fet's.

I've seen another drawing having the same function. There, the cmos where all n-channel.
