How to physically setup the AVR 2313 chip?

avr 2313 help

I have a code that make an led flash but how do I physically set up the avr chip? All an avr chip needs to operate is clock, vcc and ground?

Hi,

You need a programmer (e.g. www.lancos.com / Ponyprog) to get your program in the Chip. Also connect a reset curcuit (RC) to your avr. Take a look at the attached schematic.
